First Challenge

Arendt was already a user of an LMS platform to train not only its employees but also its clients. The first objective was to propose one solution that allowed them to manage the different environments (one environment for each client) with different teams and training plans. Thus, it was important for Arendt to be able to automate learners’ access according to their team and learning conditions.

Our Solution

According to the specific needs of Arendt, we proposed to use our Academy by opting for a multi-organizational management. This option allows Arendt to manage their clients per organization, in which they can create different teams, courses and automate access for a defined period. That means that every customer and user will have a custom Academy with only the lectures and courses that he can do. Arendt will be able to manage all customers from one platform without having to connect to different environments and automate all the access processes.

Second Challenge

Moving up from an older platform to a new one can be tricky and create some challenges. We are talking about several content types and multiples completions rules. So, the second objective was to support different courses format and be able to generate automated advanced reports for all of these types with specific data.

Our Solution

Bravon supports several types of content. That might be videos, links, pdf, images, but also different versions of SCORM files. Also, for all these courses types, Bravon generates advanced reports and makes them available to the managers of each client of Arendt. This way, each customer can know how their employees and teams perform and if they follow the courses they have to do.
