First Challenge
In some industries, sometimes is really difficult to recruit candidates, especially in IT where it’s required a certain set of skills and the competition is fierce. Avnoconn, which is a growing startup, needed a solution to shorten its recruiting process to find quickly the right candidates in order to meet the growing demand of its clients and thus maintain its growth. How could Avnoconn improve their recruitment, save money and time during this process?
Our Solution
We know that one of the fastest ways to recruit new team members is through the actual team members. Using our platform and with our recommendations challenge feature, Avnoconn could incentive its employees to recommend people in their network to join the team and manage their recruitment. This game strategy allows employees to win points & coins that can be converted into prizes and Avnoconn wins by speeding & saving money during the process.
Second Challenge
It’s well known that IT teams & developers can sometimes face really difficult situations/challenges at work. Avnoconn didn’t have any procedure or solution for these moments. The goal was to transform these “negative” moments where developers’ motivation can decline into a moment of games and productivity. And, of course, decrease the time spent to resolve an issue.
Our Solution
After analyzing Avnoconn procedures in these moments, Bravon proposed to solve Avnoconn’s issues by using its platform to create fun and interactive challenges for the IT team members. Now, every time a developer faces a difficult issue to solve, he doesn’t have to think about how to solve it by himself. With Bravon, a challenge is generated in the platform for the entire IT Team to accomplish. Those who can complete the challenge and solve the problem will be rewarded, so this way Avnoconn won’t stop its productivity, improve solving time, but also the teams’ mindset.

They also said that the recommendations feature for recruitment was beneficial because they could recommend friends and people from their network without worrying if the new team member would be someone that fitted the job or if it was someone they could collaborate with & trust in work.
